Buying out of manufacturing plants
The typical job
A production line is decommissioned or an entire plant is consolidated into another site. What stays behind is the electrical infrastructure that fed it: an MCC line-up with sixty buckets, a couple of 1,500 kVA dry-type transformers, several hundred feet of cable in tray, and the panelboards feeding the auxiliaries. Most of it has resale value and none of it is your core business.
What matters to a plant manager
Production continuity and a clean exit. We sequence removal around your running lines, work nights and weekends when the area has to stay hot during shifts, coordinate lockout with your electricians, and leave the floor clear for the next tenant or the demolition contractor.
What we usually buy here
MCC line-ups and loose buckets, low-voltage switchgear and switchboards, dry-type and cast-coil transformers, plug-in substation structures, VFDs and soft starters, panelboards, safety switches, and the wire and cable in the tray above the line.
