Altoona, PA: Industrial Electrical Equipment Bought and Removed

Philadelphia adds refinery and port infrastructure on the Delaware, a large hospital and university building stock, and mill buildings being converted throughout Kensington and Manayunk. Erie machinery, the natural-gas processing build-out across the northern tier, and continuous distribution replacement by PPL and Duquesne Light keep the flow steady. Pennsylvania is also where the Turnpike geography lets one crew work Pittsburgh and Philadelphia in the same week.

If the Altoona equipment is still carrying load, we phase it. Usually that means dead sections and spares first, then distribution as circuits are released, then the main line-up once the last feeder is isolated. The phasing goes into the offer so nobody is improvising in an energized room at two in the morning.
