If the Albany equipment is still carrying load, we phase it. Usually that means dead sections and spares first, then distribution as circuits are released, then the main line-up once the last feeder is isolated. When do we get paid?
Before the equipment leaves your Albany dock. Wire, company check or cashier's check, whichever your accounting group prefers. On large phased projects we pay per load as it ships rather than holding everything until the end.
What if the equipment is old or has no test records?
