Three things drive the number: condition, whether the equipment is still supported, and copper content. A medium-voltage line-up with current vacuum breakers and a recent test report prices as reusable equipment. New York is two completely different jobs sharing a state line. Bus duct is unusually common in both halves, because so much of this building stock was wired when busway was the standard answer.
